Sahar Baker is a Senior Associate at Levant Law Practice. She advises on corporate law, formation of companies and corporate structuring.

She has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting various corporate agreements, shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, commercial distribution agreements, joint venture and management agreements.

During her career she advised leading Lebanese companies and banks on their corporate and commercial transactions.

Sahar also has a long experience in civil and commercial litigation.
