Pascale Gebrael is a Senior Associate at Levant Law Practice. Her main areas of practice include Commercial and Business Law. She advises on general corporate matters, incorporation of companies, transformation of their legal forms and effecting capital increase and decrease as well as on various employment law matters.

She was involved in drafting shareholders’ agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and employment agreements.

Pascale also has extensive experience in civil, criminal, commercial, real estate, labor, and personal status litigation.
