Nour Badreddine's main areas of expertise include corporate structuring, negotiating and drafting various corporate agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, securitization agreements and distribution agreements, MOUs, joint venture and management agreements including hotel management and management of international traffic of the exclusive gateway in the telecommunication field.

Nour also advises on labor, employment, intellectual property laws as well as ICC commercial arbitration.
