Maya Torbey’s main areas of practice include Corporate, Business and Commercial Law.

Maya has experience in drafting legal opinions on corporate and commercial matters. She is also regularly involved in setting up companies and in advising on various business contracts such as distribution agreements, franchising agreements, share transfer agreements, sale and purchase agreements, MOUs, employment agreements, sponsorship agreements and lease agreements.

Maya provides advice in two major real estate and telecommunication transactions.
