Dalal Sukkar’s main area of practice is Commercial Law.

Dalal is involved in the structuring and re-structuring of companies, in the drafting of diverse corporate agreements such as employment agreements, sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, shareholders’ agreements, as well as in advising on Intellectual Property matters.
